By accessing this website or placing an order with Outlaw Speed Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Offered
Outlaw Speed Shop provides custom-made, full-color magnetic dash plaques and related design services. All products are made to order.
2. Custom Products
All products are custom manufactured based on customer-provided information, artwork, or approved designs.
Because of the custom nature of our products:
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
Accuracy of final products depends on customer-approved proofs.
3. Proof Approval & Responsibility
Customers will receive a digital proof prior to production unless otherwise stated.
By approving a proof, the customer confirms that:
All text, dates, names, and details are correct
Layout, colors, and design are acceptable
Outlaw Speed Shop is not responsible for errors (including spelling, dates, or layout) after proof approval.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made:
No refunds are issued for approved orders.
Refunds or replacements are provided only in cases of manufacturing defects or production errors caused by Outlaw Speed Shop.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photo documentation.
5. Turnaround Times & Shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to supply issues, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Outlaw Speed Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
6. Artwork Ownership & Rights
By submitting artwork or content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the artwork or have full legal rights to use it
The artwork does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
You agree to indemnify and hold Outlaw Speed Shop harmless from any claims related to artwork you provide.
7. Intellectual Property
All original designs created by Outlaw Speed Shop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to display finished products or designs for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Outlaw Speed Shop shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses related to event scheduling, attendance, or profits
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
